
| Neal Baker senior associate minister Neal Baker graduated from Georgia Tech with a Materials Engineering degree in 1996. He was an intern at GTCCF from 1996-97, after which he took the position of Senior Associate Minister. Simply put, Neal does all the stuff nobody else wants to do. He keeps CCF's finances in order, manages the house, works with the sophomore leadership group, and occasionally fills in for Rick at Bible Study. baker.neal@gmail.com | 
| Matthew Swain associate minister Matthew Swain graduated from Georgia Tech in 2003 with a Management degree. He was a freshmen intern at GTCCF the following year and then attended Emmanuel School of Religion where he worked on a Master of Divinity in New Testament studies. | Heather Pearce associate minister Heather Pearce graduated from Georgia Tech in 2001 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. The following year, she interned at GTCCF. | Ashley Hightower director of donor development Ashley graduated in 2006 from Georgia Tech with her degree in Management with certificates in Marketing and Finance. She works on raising donations for the capital campaign and operational account. She also plans alumni and parents events and keeps our donors connected.
